We Have What You Need
Our full service Repair Department can fix most any brand of sewing machine or vacuum cleaner. Need parts to make repairs yourself? Chances are we have what you need and we can get it for you if we don’t. Our knowledgeable and extensively trained service technicians are here to help with any parts or service questions. We service all makes and models of machines and turnaround time is generally between 3-5 days. We also offer a free loaner program on vacuums if your service extends the normal duration.
We are a full service sewing and vacuum center. We have three full-time service techs who have been factory trained on all the sewing machine and vacuum brands we carry. We will service any make or model within 3-5 business days unless parts are needed. We have a free loaner vac program if your service extends the normal time period. We are also the Southern Oregon Warranty Service Center for the following brands: Brother, Husqvarna Viking, White, Juki, Singer, Miele, Sebo, Riccar, Simplicity, Dyson, Panasonic, Hoover, Eureka, Dirt Devil, Fuller and Laura Star Ironing Systems.
